Care from Virginia Henderson's theory in three cesarean patients
Abstract
Introduction: Caesarean section is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of the fetus by the abdominal route through an incision in the uterus.
Objective: To apply the care from the Virginia Henderson Theory to 3 cesarean patients in the Maternity Hospital of Camagüey.
Clinical case: A 29-year-old puerperal who continues in our services with a diagnosis of surgical puerperium due to a large fetus pelvic presentation. Reported care. 26-year-old puerperal that continues in our services with a diagnosis of surgical puerperium. Reported care. A 30-year-old puerperal who continues in our services with a diagnosis of surgical puerperium due to full-term pregnancy plus breech presentation. Reported care.
Conclusions: It was possible to apply the theory of Virginia Henderson in the three unemployed patients highlighting the nursing intervention in the care aimed at recovery and incorporation into society, which in turn invites us to achieve better use of the clinical history legal document that it is governed in all health care from primary care to tertiary care.
